You can see how much is listed for rent on various sites but that'll only give you a gauge.

Our contractor said we should definitely replace the electric panel, but might be able to get away with using the old wiring.

Wasted a bunch of our time and she almost wasted a bunch of money for nothing.

I am going to walk through the home and make sure he has done everything I have asked and that it looks good. is their any other step i need to take before i pay him his final cut or is it time to move on to finding a renterIt's unclear how much of a rehab you've had done done or your expeience or if you visited the site everyday, but you need to scrutinize everything he touched.

I quit his site because I was not benefiting from the same old advice.

Go to Etsy and search for "rental property tracker," and you will find hundreds of nice spreadsheets to track 10-20 rentals, usually for under $10.Software has extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

This is really killing my optimism for the property and even ADUs need to have primary owner living on site. 

Going back to my inquiry,  if we move into a next primary, our cost will remain the same.
