I know someone who rents in the area and they said they have inspectors come once a year (they didn't know what it was for but I'm assuming they're inspecting for CO).

I was just curious if there were people out there that became home inspectors, appraisers or mortgage brokers to help advance their real estate investing.

If you are thinking if ealing with a property with mold/ roof/ plumbing problems, get a good inspector out there first to assess the situation. 

The buyers inspector may not even mention it.

Any news that would benefit them; new listing, new neighborhoods, new regulations, new mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers. 

The inspector was very prompt in inspecting the property.
