Horrific...I can't even imagine the stress that family must be going through. 

Can you imagine doing research every time a tenant approaches you with an excuse?

I haven't been part of a major lawsuit, but I'd imagine it wouldn't be that hard for someone going after me to piece together me buying a house under my name, then transferring it to an LLC... and I'd imagine they'd ask why I did that?

I imagine if your property is appealing enough doctors and nurses would like to live close depending on what property type you have and their family life.

You can imagine that if you are trying to be cautious from getting Covid-19... riding in an Elevator where anyone can pop in and sneeze basically passes it on to you.Most management of these larger buildings also prohibit the moving in and out of Tenants at this time.

I imagine property taxes are also over $1,000 and that your rate is over 6%...
