My job is mobile, which forces me to move around every few years. 

Mobile home living and boondocking is more acceptable in the Denver Metro area than tiny homes.

As an example, we have several properties within the local"universityville"; students tend to be highly mobile and you can count on annual turnover regardless of unit size.  

And you should be able to take advantage of the only investment vehicle that afford ANYONE with a decent amount of persistence and work  an upward mobility. 

We need input form some of those mobile home investors!
