I am using BP for almost two years, and I always posted or searched for recommendations on:accountants, lawyers, wholesalers, agents, contractors etc...I really think it would be an amazing feature, where we could filter down to those people by area and field so it would be much easier to find great people.I know that in this way we lose the connections in the forum posts itself between people, but those people could recommend the contract in the table above as well.What do you guys think?

Click the "More" button in the "Features" section of the listing and you'll see rent per unit (note the "More" button hasn't been working in Chrome for me for about a month, but works fine in IE or Firefox).Not all sites pull that data from the MLS and a lot of MLS feeds don't send that across so you'll have to get it from an agent, but realtor.com usually has them in Colorado.

Although I do use them and rely on them heavily I make sure to double check them against other sites to check for variances.For rental numbers I do use the mapping feature on craigslist to see whats being asked for in rent in certain areas.
