Will depend on several factors like the type of property, type of tenants, your risk tolerance, other assets you own, your estate planning, laws where the property is located, etc.Any lawsuits would be limited to the assets of the LLC and not your personal assets (assuming you run the LLC appropriately and the corporate veil is not pierced).

This type of entity was designed to function at a much smaller level of a corporate entity. 

I think that will hit in late Q3 / Q4 as stimulus runs out and the corporate lending bubble fully takes shape.

As for those who cannot pay, I say to take the money away from corporations that took stimulus money after adding debt, etc, and using it to pay rents.

One of our tenants with a substantial lease is a corporate dental chain that asked for 3 months free now with lease added 3 months in the end of lease at 8 years.

I just recently took the leap and opened my own real estate office with the hopes to break away from the corporate world and start building my investment portfolio. 

Is it best to just create this as an LLC, an s-corp or something else? 

It would also make solid corporate housing.
