That makes market choice a no brainer to me.  

It may not always be the thing to do but it can be a good choice.

Anybody contested against Choice Home Warranty in small court?

Boston Globe editor referred me to AARP, unfortunately the fellow who might be helpful is traveling and not available for possibly 2 weeks. 

Without a concise mission statement choices become more abundant and more difficult to discern.

(all 6-7 ft wide) Should I leave the insides empty for the new homeowners to put in their own closet system of their choice, or should I install a basic rack system like in the below picture?

It is not my choice city to flip in, however, I would trend toward the lower end of the renovation estimate with moderate enhancements.
