The magic on this step is you - what information do you need, what steps need to be done and in what order, how are you communicating that, and how is it showing up in your scope of work.

If nothing else I take responsibility for that and will work to improve our communication systems between our franchisees, client success and sales team that's valid.

Is 3% really that tough to give up for providing most of your guests, extra insurance, customer success, payment processing, communication, etc etc etc?

@Jesse Kerr the disconnect, in our opinion, is doing everything yourself and keeping it in your head VERSUS a good PMC having to document everything and communicate it effectively to all parties.As the owner, you can make immediate decisions, saving LOTS of time!

With that said, these are excellent products and ones that will be of great benefit in building your real estate portfolio.
