The taxable value is at 40 right now so with a PP near 100k, taxes wouldn't go up too much.

In fact, Zillow is so unreliable with data of all kinds that the only thing I use it for is the alerts because they have a much better alert app on properties that you're following than the other sites.

So I was wondering if anyone had any really good apps or ways of collecting rent electronically.

LOL Since we now conduct business electronically, there is no need really for your accountant to be down the street, cell phones have unlimited minute programs!

You probably have NO option except to get this person out and possibly YOU look over the next app, etc and make the final decision if you want to accept them.

I checked multiple listing apps (Trulia, Realtor, Zillow...

If so my wife and I attended one meeting to see if that group was for us, it was not, and they must have sold our cell phone numbers to all the teller-marketers because shortly after we attended we have been receiving a lot of calls from all sorts teller-marketers.

Perhaps, If that person only used google earth app,they might have noticed the property the building  sandwiched between 2 abandon buildings and a semi desolate street and could've possibly saved money not doing it.

I'm not sure if there is a better app or Facebook page to vent on about this stuff, let me know if this is an inappropriate use of this website! 

I only run one applicant even if I have multiple apps.
