They might also have relationships with contractors, wholesalers, and property managers, which can be invaluable to an investor.

Unfortunately, if it needs septic and there isn't enough room for a leach field, you won't be able to build a home on it.

I couldn’t justify spending $50k on a roof of a building that’s only worth $65k.

With that said, these are excellent products and ones that will be of great benefit in building your real estate portfolio.
