@Tom Matousek that’s what I have been doing I lease option 3-5 years but it’s hard to find buyers that have 7k+ for a down payment most people can get approved for traditional financing if they have 7k+ to put down.

They also cannot make alterations without written approval. 

Do I wait it out and get a degree to make a higher salary and have debt? Or

If they are not sold, then when all assets have been liquidated the trustee will abandon any remaining property to the debtor (the taxpayer) as having not enough value for the trustee to pursue.

After repeated calls and 1 hour on hold, my request to get my emergency plumber out was approved. 

Keep in mind that you can't apply for a tax abatement until you have approved building permits in hand.

The reason thats important is because when BRRRRing properties, lenders will require a seasoning period to expire before they will approve a cash-out refi.

Don't worry about the job switch as it concerns loan approval.

But go get that pre-approval ASAP.
