The Housing Choice Voucher Program does allow folks on this program to purchase housing. 

The entry is in the dining room, which would allow that to be used as the living area.  

We allow 3 business days after signing for someone to cancel, after that, we keep the deposit regardless. 

Additional or any animals aren't allowed without consent.

And you can raise rent with a 30 or 60 day notice, whatever the law allows.

Your VA loan eligibility will allow you to purchase primary residency homes (lower down payment and interest rates) that you can later use as rentals.

Some states allow and some don't, some courts disallow them and some don't.  

They also have professional property managers who have tried to find renters with no luck.Apparently the local university changed it's policy with allowing certain years to live off campus.  

If you would like to pay it off by refinancing with another bank in two years, make sure they will allow that.

I reckon if you plug in some more conservative figures, you may end up being pleasantly surprised if the expenses end up being less, and less likely to have a poorer result than allowed for!
