Hello.  I am purchasing a 4 unit building with 4-1bd/1bth units.  Each unit has a living room and dining room- seperated by a wall.  The entry is in the dining room, which would allow that to be used as the living area.  We would add a closet and sliding door system.   I wanted to ask if anyone has experience converting a living room into a bedroom?

@Patrick Liska, it will have a bank of 3 windows and will have a door that exits into the dining room (new living room) then out the front door to the common hallway.  It sounds like I can do it.
