Seasoned wholesaler

You were sitting with the other 2 gentleman, including the architect from Costa Rica.

Both of those cities are experiencing major revitalization of older, core areas, and we aren't even talking about areas that had become war zones.  

My custom driving for dollar lists based on distressed housing are made up of owner occupants with majority of them being older folks(55+).

Obviously older homes come with unexpected surprises.  

@Noe PerrinWith all due respect, knowing what wholesaling is, is not the same as knowing how to wholesale.I strongly encourage anyone who wants to launch into wholesaling get properly trained by a professional, or at the very least, bird dog for a seasoned wholesaler before launching into on his or her own.Too many people out there read about wholesaling and then run out into the marketplace and try to do it. 

I am interested in working with/being mentored by a seasoned rehabber in the Las Vegas area. 

We're seasoned renovators on our own properties, completely 98% of a reno ourselves so this is our first leap in finding a private investor and doing it as a full time job.

We all make these kinds of financial mistakes, though, and we realize what we could have done with that money as we get older.  

We are in the market to buy and hold and plan to put down 25%.We have a seasonal real estate agent working with us, who is also a friend.
