Even though I’d love to move down to San Diego I don’t think I’ll be able to just yet.

I do really love my apartment/neighborhood and would certainly have to move to a less desirable part of town if I were to house hack, but I also know that if that's the best route, it's better to do it now, rather than when I may have kids to think about.What are your thoughts?

They love open concept but we hate it because it wastes so much space. 

I threw the last crowd out of my daughters home because it was a mess.I mix Fabuloso in with a chem cleaning agent we get in 5 gall pails from a local chem company as little else was working on tough stains, like red wine, dog & cat etc etc.
