At 5 rental properties, you can more then afford it and it will save you time and headache, and even better could save you a lot more money!

For projections, you can use excel spreadsheet as it will be cheaper and easy to manage.

It's unlikely that any investment you put that $ toward will outpace the interest on your credit cards.

Danielle, in order to get reasonable insurance pricing, all of the standard market companies will require the fuses to be updated.

We have a few projects under our belt that we also own/manage at this point...we completed an 8 unit project (all rented) and we completed a 5 unit project (all rented) and we are in-process on a 9-unit project and have a larger one in the hopper (maybe 18 small units that will be sold, currently has two units rented).
