Without knowing specific tax rates or anything, that seems like free cash flow in the $650 a month range.

Depending on the size and your location these number may not apply but locally to do a termite bait/spray generally in the 200/300 range for a 1,200 SQFT property.  

1) Save up for a SFH in the $900k to $1.2 million range     2) Buy a condo in the $700k to $800k range with HOA fees less than $400.

I was thinking of having someone check out the foundation (my agent says this is usually in the $100 range). 

The listing agent provided some comps along with the cap rates which were in the range of 5.8% - 9.5%.

For a very broad generalization, I would say NE Mpls is nice area that has gentrified in the past decade and now an average duplex there is probably around the 350k-400k range.

The width being 1/4-1/3” wide.

In Haugesund there is duplex houses/ houses with rental unit  that can be purchased in this range, but they will be rough looking and will need alot of TLC
