Sometimes you can look up the county's GIS system and they'll have all the information.

In my system, people are making 12% or 3.75 points that is 50.75 % or points a year on a deed, If you're going to be active in the system.

A duplex or two is fairly easy and as you get your systems in place it will make the leap to larger multifamilies much easier.
