Not saying that will get you out of trouble but it will help as you're building your case if there is black mold. virtually every rehab homes has black mold in it.. .. we just spray it with Clorox and call it a day.. but I get it .. there are different kinds and I guess the wrong kind can make you sick.. boy you should see some of the homes we go into  IE hoarder homes they look like full blown petre dish's mold of every variety and they seem to be OK..

Without that income it can make things extremely tough to keep the house operating .

The other consideration is order of operations. 

An LLC works well for us, as it clarifies the terms of the partnership and defines our operating agreement, as well as how to dissolve the partnership when the time comes.
