I had virtually no vacancies during that time, as it appears that the renters weren't sure what was going to happen, or if they would lose their jobs, so they stay put.  

There virtually are no sub $100,000 new houses other than infills in Wake county anymore.

Hello all,I've reached a point in my business where I need to utilize a virtual assistant and would like to know if anyone has had any experience with the Hubstaff platform.

I would have to agree with Art Allen and Aaron McGinnis .

Basically the further out the longer the minimum stay, dates in the near future my minimum stay is 1 night.)I am beginning to think the best way to do a lot of this stuff is by training a virtual or real world assistant to manually update and manually sync other things, when the work is load is too time consuming for one person.

Your best bet is to hire a VA (virtual assistant) from a site like Upwork.
