Outsourcing Yellow letters and property Search

Hi,  Looking for properties in particular towns in PA- and this time possibly for myself. So I am looking for people who are already doing Yellow letters and have the technology to initiate one and process the results.

So I am looking to outsource that task to find something within the specific criteria.

The towns in particular I am looking at are :  Malvern, PA, Paoli, PA and may be Berwyn, PA.  So near to the mailine.

Please get in touch with if you have properties to sell in this area or can run a yellow letter campaign for me. We can discuss how we will process the results, but I surely would need help there too.

Thanks.

Your best bet is to hire a VA (virtual assistant) from a site like Upwork. You honestly don't want someone who is an "investor" already, because we tend to not be very good at detail work. We are better at the big picture stuff. Fine a VA who is great at Excel and research, and is VERY detail-oriented. The VA can do the research and compile lists, then can order your letters from a service like yellowletters.com or 3dmail or some of the many others.

Good luck!
