I am working a 5 unit multifamily deal - 4 duplexes and 1 triplex.  All units are currently occupied with the average tenant being there over 3 years.  Current rent rates are slightly low and should be raised at each ...

Then I would also be the one answering the phones, and going to appointments.Now that we're running like a business, we work with @Jerry Puckett and could not be happier with his services (a true veteran of the direct mail biz).

The interesting thing is, the neighborhood is nowhere near as bad as the photographs look. 

I'm a Veteran and have definitely used the VA loan however, I'm in Michigan so I don't know how much I can be with your local area.
