I am managing it myself and have a handyman in town.The lease terms do not include lawn maintenance or snow removal, however my tenant does not want to do it herself.My handyman is willing to do it for an additional fee if I provide the snowblower and lawn mower. 

@Russell Brazil I didn't think about the additional demand for rentals when people can't afford to own. 

Even if the new appraisal came in at the $94sqft number that would give me roughly an additional 30k of equity to potentially use for the next deal. 

This is NOT something you dabble in and in addition you will need specific intensive training for.People can often make the mistake of trying to dabble in a few things (grass is always greener,etc.)

There is an "insured" and an "additional insured", and someone mentioned that you can only name one of each on the policy for insurance company he use.

Live in one unit and rent the others, this would give you additional units without extra mortgages, and help scale your business quicker. 

Additionally, if you have other advice or suggestions, I'd welcome that as well. 

If your goal is to keep the existing renters and rent out individual rooms on AirBnb, then you would be required to follow some additional rules.
