If you have the skills to fix that bump then you don't need the product to begin with.

After about 2 hrs of table talk we came up with only 2 properties to look at for potential rentals...so expect to really put your networking skills to test and do a lot of driving for dollars to find the deals.

You will also have random small items that break and you will have to pay plumbers, electricians and other trades.

You no doubt have some strong skills sets as a contractor.

Our skills have improved in our second campaign and our results are evidence of such improvement.

There is absolutely no need to pay the typical $thousands of dollars to buy one.If you end up buying one, or better yet, taking one over, you will want to join a reputable club that facilities trades from one location to another, so you don't end up staying at the same place each time.
