What Info Should I have For Short Sale Appraiser?
Working a few short sales (they're a small part of our business and intentionally getting smaller) and have an upcoming appraisal (agent says it's not a BPO) on a trashed and vacant house. But I want to make sure the appraiser understands just how bad this place is. What info should I submit to the appraiser upon his/her arrival? My thinking is to have the following:
- Comps
- Repair estimate from licensed contractor
- additional pics.
Anyone care to elaborate on or add to the list? Any successful tips of the trade?
