In any case it wouldn't be actionable against your tenants if you did the copy and pasting.As an academic type legal issue, copy and pasting of private documents from the web could get you in legal trouble.

The area that it is being built in is growing and has a lot of new restaurants, a mall and brand new walmart, Target...etc..all within a few miles of propety...has great potential.

The flip side of that is there are great neighborhoods in Cleveland that were selling at $30k-$40k two years ago and due to targeted redevelopment programs (follow the money), rehabbed properties are now going for $135k-$150k and new construction condos at $200k+.
