Seo is one of its legs and a very important one if not set up correctly you will not come up on 1-3 pages on google to be found and generate leads for google.All tools wordpress, dreamweaver, etcc have a learning curve the question is which should u start with, and selecting the right one can either help or hurt you.There is much to learn but of slew of choices which should u go with.In my research when I had to switch from microsoft frontpage due to lack of support they stopped supporting it, I had to decide on another web publishing tool.I decided on xsitepro although I also use wordpress.

If you are interested in a property then you should use the worries put out there in the media (about the economy) to get the property at a price that will support a deal in your neighborhood.

My intent on this next purchase is to make rental income to support a career change into investing full-time. 30k a year in rental income PLUS continuing to work but on a part-time basis should enough for the transition.
