We have a few Realtors and especially builders who own stage furniture they use, but the price has to justify the time and effort.To my knowledge in my market there is no data supporting staging a property, those that stage them just believe in it.Even in your example there are other factors that are alive in the market that influence price, you really can't prove that furniture and flowers caused a sale much less at a specific price.
