I thought i would be buying real estate  that already existed. how would you approach investing in this yet to be built projects?

Evan I will not invest in a sponsor that I see either on instagram in the shiny new home, fancy cars etc. or acts as an influencer with all these training programs.

C-Corps usually aren't a preferred structure for real estate.I know that with a self directed IRA all of the income has to come back to the IRA - read another way - you can't take the profits from your investments and access them today (so no passive income that you can utilize in the near term).  

A Cost Segregation study is an IRS approved federal income tax tool that increases near term cash flow by utilizing shorter recovery periods for depreciation to accelerate return on investment.

I live in the ABQ area and looking to start investing in the area, but would love to have a partner while I get my feet wet.
