You know why it's easier for people to stick to a work out plan when they have a buddy?

If, however, you're talking about small periods before the cash will be deployed you probably are better off just sticking it in a checking account.  

Perhaps someday my time will command what yours does, for now, I stick with what I know.

It sounds like a lot of money, but somehow, I feel like I'm going to end up with the short end of the stick...I have to live to be almost 107 years old before I could do anything with the property...that's not very likely.

I initially did a Direct Mail campaign and realized how many potential deals I was passing up by only being able to throw out low offers and hope one would stick occasionally.  

Or was it just a miscommunication (which I would blame on the PM, because that's their main job).If you want to stick with the PM, then you need to sit down and have a discussion about communication.  

I am sure there are benefits to ‘boutique’ providers and other models as well, and I would be open to hearing about them, but I believe I may feel more secure/confident with companies that were most likely to stick around and strive to continuously earn my business with quality rehabs and PM.

If you're an agent, open up your old text book and refresh yourself as to the bundle of sticks, title rights and interests.
