Grrrr...You pretty well got it, if it's a local bank, or even if not, I'd have the wife call and give the bank a warning shot, inform them of what's going on, especially if payments are late.

@Tim Zajiceki am in contract on a six apt bldg in southern ca but primarily two to three bedroom units.i was warned by a multi family investor to have as less a one bedroom units since the renters keep on moving once their families become larger. he advised me to concentrate on two bedrooms and three bedrooms.just my 0.02 centsEven on SFR my min criteria is 3/2

And if they do somehow get accepted, the buyer hasnt even stepped foot in the property and will bail on the contract most of the time which really pisses of agents and asset managers.I wouldnt say there is a 'blacklist', because thats illegal, but there are agents who will warn the AM if the pray and spray buyer is a flake.

I've warned him several times that if this elderly couple pass away their adult heirs in this country will inherit the house but he never responds.
