Just did inspection and am awaiting on appraisal but I have some concerns which I don't know whether to file under newbie jitters or red flag.Property is a 4plex (1 bedrooms) in Pueblo CO was previously bought early 2018 for $140k nicely renovated (not full gut) and now for sale for $355K with apartment rents at about $3800 plus potential to rent out 2 car garage for about another $200. 

Once red tagged you are in violation and housing will be retagged and fined yearly.

That's always your biggest red flag.

Houston is built in the red clay, so the ground moves and houses frequently experience foundation issues (which creates opportunity as well as cost).Wait, you are from here -- what am I telling this to you for?

That would be a HUGE red flag for me NOT to loan to him.

Please don’t take it that way but, as an agent, those are the red flags that wou go up in my head.  

I try and pull together all partners into the calls that I conduct to pose them all different questions at the same time - this gets them thinking on the same page and also highlights any "red flags."

When you can buy a 6-unit on Gaston Rd for 450k, yes, it's like we have a big red CLEARANCE sign on our real estate!
