(Plymouth, MA) and live in one unit and rent the other. i also own a plumbing company and work full time to the handy skills help out so i wouldnt use many sub contractors to fix i can do it all myself. but thats the route i would take, start off smaller with a duplex, build capital with your cash flow and expand.
