There's really only a few reasons I can think of:1) She wants to buy your house herself.2) She has some personal beef with you.3) She wants to protect her position of "power" and make sure everyone knows she's in charge.Getting to the bottom of her reason for trying to block your sale would probably be a good first step.

Trusses have a top cord (board), bottom cord  (board) and internal webbing all attached with gusset plates.

The skillset for fixer-upper is construction manager skillset, rehabbing, knowing what needs to be fixed, scoping and estimating costs -- the cute "design" part of arranging pillows that draw the eye -- comes at the VERY VERY END and doesn't translate to your bottom line.
