If it was up north and they were told they were responsible for snow removal would it be expected that you draw them a map of where they have to shovel and include every basement window, vent, oil tank access point, etc?

Good morning BP,I'm looking at purchasing a quadplex that was built after 1991 and my realtor brought up fair housing accessibility requirements to not discriminate against those with disabilities.  

Gotta be careful doing AirBnb and STR's down here with all the restrictions and regulations.I know people doing them successfully in Broward but it's very tough in Dade and Palm Beach.My guess would be that Broward is next on the list to tighten things up so just be prepared in case.

And if you don't have the ability to buy them all cash, a lot of these deals aren't going to be accessible to you (most require all cash purchases).The next step up are $55k-$80k places.
