Hi @Niyi Odumosu, this may not pertain to this particular situation but the book "never split the difference" by Chris Voss who was actually on the BP podcast is a really great negotiation resource.

Wholesaling is pushed by many "salespeople" but I personally would not pick that as the primary resource for making a good living even though it does not require much cash.

I still study every day.How do I find a mentor that is willing to guide me at this stage?
