I am a real estate agent in the process of finding my first real estate rental deal.

My idea is that this 2024, I fly to Japan, build a community of investors and leverage existing networks of contractors, real estate agents (called brokers there), and start buying, rebuilding, and renting/airbnb units as a business.

I happened to be away for a wedding out of state, so i had my Agent and Contractor walk through it together. 

To address this maintenance issue, I sent out a reputed garage door company to look at it. 

Even though other real estate agents mentioned that they did, they didn't have it as an option. 

So, have the mortgage note signed by the person whose credit I checked who is an agent (owner?)
