I'll likely know more on construction timeline near the end of a tenants lease, and at that time I'll disclose actual plans, fence off area, and allow the tenant to choose to renew after full disclosure is provided.

My current policy is set to renew/expire in December.The tenant has their own insurance policy (we're a named insured on their policy) as we do have a NNN lease with them.
