I'm reminded of my bomb diffuser buddy over in EOD who's always so calm when he's working.

I laughed when I came across this topic, because I've recently been reminded of my Monopoly strategy and used it as an analogy to describe the latest deal I'm doing. 

To me in many ways crypto reminds me to my first stock investing days back in 1999, it's great until it's not.

The fact is that software can very much improve your chances of success as a landlord no matter how much experience you have or do not have because it automates so much of the work and reminds you of important things.

This reminds me of when an elderly southern woman in the Congressional cafeteria used to call everyone baby and one congressman filed a complaint.

Because they have just enough irrelevant and inaccurate knowledge of a time that no longer exists to cause non-stop issues from start to finish...and like a parrot, constantly remind you that they used to be in the business.
