What is relevant is: what problems are you looking to solve and how will you develop value to generate the return you are targeting? 

So here is my question....I wish there were some sort of table or guide that told you all the relevant things one should be aware of for their income level.

I try to keep it conversational, relevant (and, of course, nondiscriminatory) and find "where are you at now" to be useful in an initial contact to break the ice.

I'm determined to uncover every bit of wrongdoing that took place and bring all available evidence for it to all possibly relevant authorities.

The refi is not relevant.  

I don't see how any of that is of relevance to the person doing the mentoring.

But public records don't usually show concessions or repairs that are relevant when you're trying to determine a value. 

How is the previous purchase price relevant in this situation.
