If you are thinking of real estate investing as REITS or Mutual Funds, I would advise my friends to stay away because those assets do not have the critical tax benefits offered by direct ownership of real estate.If you are going to create vehicles whereby people can invest directly in real estate and get the full depreciation benefits of ownership, then you need to have an excellent track record.

In Pennsylvania, as luck would have it, a trailer built out of a disassembled kit, as this Harbor Freight trailer happens to be, is considered to be a custom-made vehicle and requires a special inspection and title process.

What I like is that the doors can be converted back to 9 feet high which allows for commercial vehicle access.
