First, I'm not an attorney, so take this for what it's worth...Legally, the snow removal question is going to depend on the state in which your building resides.In most states, the owner of a multi-unit property is liable in the case where snow is not removed from the public portions of the property (the sidewalks, entrances, etc) and someone gets injured.
