It needs exterior paint, interior paint which I plan on doing myself.

I have a property thats worth $211,950 but is in need of a few repairs such as New Paint, Needs a Stove, A/C, Windows, Needs new Cabinets and maybe some doors replaced.

Of course the seller will paint a rosie picture for you, it is their intent to get as much as they can for their property.

Light fixer that doesn't look too bad, so figure $2K in paint and repair worst case.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
