I did well pre collapse as I did what worked then, I did even better during the collapse, and have grown post, all because I don't invent worlds in my head I simply follow the data and math which never lies. 

Thanks to the BP podcasts and support from this community over the last 3 1/2 years, I have grown my portfolio to about 30 units and we're still growing.
