Since I haven’t taken any REI action in over 6 years, I’ve made it a personal goal to either buy 2 multi-family homes or add 7 additional doors by the end of 2016.

If you were starting from the ground up and wanted a direct action for client process, How would you do it?

You are not manipulating them when you have the right intention to help the person that you are influencing to take action and invest with your team.

Collect all of the relevant documents (the original lease, any notices given to the tenant, and the lease termination agreement), and schedule a consultation now, and determine the best course of action so you are ready to pull the trigger on November 1st. 

If so, what do you use as your rejection reason on their adverse action letter?

I will be attending my very first BP Networking Event on Wednesday, just to get familiar with the community and forming new relationships.I also attended my first sheriff sale/auction this past Tuesday, and I was so confused :D, but learned a little bit to see what else is out there.I am an action-taker/doer, and want to know what other newbies/rookies and seasoned investors/professionals are doing in this current marketplace to make deals happen?

For example, you can post a video of charity events your company has worked on showing the current team in action working together for positive change.

I’ve been studying the BRRRR strategy for some time now and I want to take action soon to complete my goal to get my first property by this year.I’ve been looking around for HML to further understand their terms and procedure and I am planning on meeting with them and I’ve talked on the phone with others.
