If you switch the 1 oil boiler to 2 gas boilers it will probably run you $6,500 - 8,500 a piece installed for new modcon hi efficiency boilers by a pro in the Boston metro area - my guess.

All of the flooring needs to be replaced, because, as you may know, laminate flooring, once it gets wet, expands, leading to raised areas where the pieces join.

There has to be a missing piece here somewhere.WRT your original point, my guess is that the seller's projected rents are totally unrealistic, and your agent is trying to protect you by inserting a clause that proves this out.
