Great to hear there are folks in the area to connect with.

It would be so much better if they gave it directly to these folks who would undoubtedly immediately transfer every cent due to their landlords.

Originally, my idea was to target folks who came to the mountains from the city but weren't necessarily there to ski at the big ski towns.

I'm really interested in BRRR as I do have capital to use but wanted some first hand accounts for folks in my position.  

But how many of these folks only "co-own" these properties?

So I'm hoping there are some other OCD folks out there like me who have a really good daily schedule that is making you successful. 

I am far more interested in hearing from one of the "common folk"(like me) who can perhaps share the nitty gritty/nuts and bolts results that they actually achieved.
