We've plateaued since, and things are not really looking that great at this point, but we do have to take a breather from that massive Trump boost that was experienced since the election night (funny enough, futures were tanking that night).

Yup got it world is a risky place.. so if this is too much risk for you then pass like your going to do.however like I said in SFR small lot small tank remediation are generally not that massive of deals and its a great tool to hammer the lender in possession for a great price do the work and get the benefits.
