You have to thing about something when you say that you're going to way until the prices go down to buy that could take years to happen because let's say there is going to be a crash in 2 months probably is gonna take at 18 months until you see the effect on the prices, remember prices go down when there are a lot of foreclose because people is loosing the jobs.
