Exactlly, we are on the same page.Why do the newer investors choose apartments when like i say, the headache just seems higher then on a retail or office space.I think that apartments are chosen because they are very similar to your duplex/quadplex, only larger, so they remain more in their "comfort zone".

I take it that the HML will be on the title and there will be some sort of record showing that you owe a certain amount to that lender.
